Called Dons Trailer asking for assistance with my motorhome repair. I talked to Tyler and he was very professional and helpful. I will be using their services in the future for sure.
As a solo female traveller, finding places I can trust can be difficult to determine and hand over the keys. I met or spoke to 3 different employees (Tyler, Matt and Adam) and each was as kind and as helpful as the next. I have unique requirements as I live in my van with my dog and they work with me the best they can and were more than fair on the bill. It’s going in next week again and the only emotion I have is happy it’s going to get fixed, not dread over if they will try to take advantage.
They were very patient with me and walked me through the part installation. They got me back on the road and saved my vacation.
