COVID-19 Update for our Customers

Notice to all Customers regarding COVID-19:
We are still open for our customers who operate other essential businesses, but our focus is on keeping our employees & community healthy.
If you are feeling unwell, do not visit this place of business. Feeling unwell includes, but is not limited to, respiratory issues (cough, fever, shortness of breath).
Please do not enter our store or shop if you have recently traveled outside Canada. Please call us at 519-743-1162 and we will try our best to help you.
If you do enter our store and/or shop, please follow these hygiene protocols for your safety and ours:
- Hand sanitizer is available at our cash counter and at the rear door of the shop.
- Do not enter the shop or store if you do not need to – we can help you over the phone with a trailer drop for service, a payment, or a parts purchase.
- If you do need to enter, help us all to practice proper social distancing; Allow our staff 6ft of space at all times. This may limit the number of customers in the store – If you need to wait outside, we will let you know and help you as soon as it is safe to.
- If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or do so into your bent elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards.
- No shaking of hands or touching.
Our Promise to our Customers:
- We sanitize all high traffic areas (ex: counters, debit/credit machine and door handles) after every customer interaction.
- We wash our hands with soap and warm water consistently.
- We will wear gloves while working on your trailer, will work with the utmost cleanliness possible and follow all of the guidelines outlined above.
