Our Operations During the Lock-Down (April 8, 2021)

We would like to update you on what Don’s is going to look like during this next province-wide lock down:

• Our SERVICE DEPARTMENT is OPEN BY APPOINTMENT   to continue to support safe & essential transportation in the province.  Please call to make an appointment.  We offer contact-less drop off/pick-up and payment options to help keep everyone safe & healthy.   We have a new & convenient key drop box at our shop (rear) man door.  We can take credit card payments over the phone, exact cash in an envelope, or can accept e-transfers to kalina@donstrailer.com.
• Unfortunately, our PARTS STORE is currently CLOSED for in-person shopping. We are happy to process parts orders over TELEPHONE & EMAIL with CURBSIDE PICK-UP or delivery in special circumstances.  Please email us (info@donstrailer.com, parts@donstrailer.com) or call us (519-743-1162) with your parts inquiry.

Our hours during this time will be Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm.  We would be happy to make arrangements for anyone who needs to pick up after 5pm.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the current shut down.   We anticipate a very busy season and, although this is not the way we wanted to start it, we remain hopeful for better days and lots of happy campers soon.
